Post graduate studies

I don’t like to think in the future, I like to enjoy the moment on that we are, asses every step and decision that I take in my life. Also, I’m in my second year of my career, and for me in this moment, is difficult to decide what I’ll do in the future. But, is the theme of the blog, so, I would try to talk about my postgraduate studies.

Despite the above, it has always been in my mind to continue studying after my graduation in the journalism career. I’m studying this career because I want to learn everything I can. It's not the idea that you study 5 years and that's it, because we should learn by interest and not by obligation.

In that way, it’s sad to know that in Chile (and many places of the world), our value like people depends of how much money that we have, or also how much titles that we have. I try to forget that, and go ahead with my dreams and my want to learn more and more.

Writing this, I was thinking in my future. In my previous blog I said that I would like a lot to travel around the world, know new places, and all that things that help to increase your knowledge. After my graduation I would like to study at the foreign, maybe in Europe, and take a course about cinema or photography.

Since I started studying journalism, I started to become interested in photography and cinema. This year especially, it has been very audiovisual, learning a lot with the images and what they want to express.

I would really enjoy it a part-time course, because I could go all over. I’ll have the necessary time to know all that places that I want. Also, study abroad it will be a great opportunity to meet new people and know their stories, something really important to someone who want to be a good communicator.
