A Subject you enjoy studying this semester

This semester, I enjoyed the subject of Image and Society with Javier Mateos, Catalina Donoso, and Lorena Antezana, teachers of the section. I choose this section for the schedule. The class was on Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

When I chose it, my teacher was Javier Mateos. Then, when we started classes, we were told that we would have 3 teachers during the semester. I think it was a good idea because I learn to know different points of view about content, but maybe the organization wasn't good.

If I could change something, it would be - as I said - the organization. With teacher changes every 4 weeks, there was no espace for feedback after doing the work.

In this class we discuss about mass society and how we behave with the power of images. We talk about power, culture and identity of the images. We had to read different articles and texts about that.

I like this subject because in this class we were able to learn through the discussion with our classmates and the teacher. We also did group work. In that way, I learned a lot.
